Questions
- What counts as an active learner?
- Someone who opens a lesson, check or simulation during the month. Managers, authors and mentors are not counted.
- What is a lab hour?
- One hour of one learner's lab running. Labs stop by themselves when they are left idle.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your workspace stays readable and you can export everything. Choose a plan to make changes again.
- How do we pay?
- Request a plan in Settings and we set it up with you. Online card payment is coming soon.
- Can we change plan or leave?
- Yes. Request another plan at any time. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and you are not charged again; payments are not refunded. To leave completely, export your data and delete the organisation.
- Is AI included?
- AI drafting and coaching come with Team and Growth, and your organisation can switch them off. The trial and Starter have no AI.
